Description:
Melatonin is a naturally occurring indoleamine hormone synthesized primarily by the pineal gland and derived from the amino acid tryptophan. It regulates circadian rhythm, sleep–wake cycles, and antioxidant defense at the cellular level. Mechanism of Action:
