All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and the strict quality controls maintained during manufacturing, all KFLOW sales are final.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
This policy ensures the purity, safety, and integrity of every item shipped.
Our formulations are produced under controlled conditions, and once they leave our facility, they cannot be re-introduced into our supply chain.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@kflow.bio within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our fulfillment team will review each case and may offer a replacement or partial credit at our sole discretion.
Lost Packages
KFLOW is not responsible for packages lost in transit or delayed due to carrier issues, customs holds, or incorrect shipping addresses.
We recommend ensuring your shipping details are accurate before checkout.
Exceptions
While all sales are generally final, we reserve the right to evaluate exceptions for extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Approved resolutions will be provided as store credit only, not monetary refunds.
