🚚 KFLOW Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using secure, trackable services such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your region.
Estimated delivery times within the United States: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on customs and destination country.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and preferred delivery speed.
Orders over $150 may qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your email automatically.
You can monitor the status of your shipment at any time via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact support@kflow.bio within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
KFLOW is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or import regulations.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
